As a user, I would like to send a survey link via SMS to my customers. This would allow me to reach a wider audience and increase the response rate for my surveys. I am already integrated with Attentive & Klaviyo, so it would be great if I could use these platforms to send the survey link.

As a merchant, I find it challenging to effectively use metafields. I believe it would be beneficial if Fairing answers could automatically populate Customer metafields. This could simplify the process for many merchants who may not fully understand how to utilize metafields.

As a rapidly scaling e-commerce brand, we have a critical need to filter our customers by product type. Currently, we are only able to do this by SKU, which is not feasible given our large product range. We have defined product types and need this feature urgently to avoid receiving incorrect responses. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to analyze our customer base and make informed decisions.
